Website terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ypsalune.digital. By accessing the site, you agree to them. The site is operated by Ypsa Lune Professional Services, Washington, DC, United States. If any part of them does not sit right with you, contact us before you continue using the site.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about the services offered. That covers reading the pages, opening the resources we publish, and sending a question through the contact form. It does not cover scraping the site, hammering it with automated requests beyond ordinary browsing, or republishing what you find here for commercial gain.

We keep the site available for normal use, but we may restrict access where activity interferes with it or where we are required to by law. If you need a copy of a page for reference or accessibility reasons, ask us and we will help.

No professional relationship

Information on this site is provided for general purposes only. It explains how we work and what a project with us usually looks like, but it is not advice for your specific situation. Reading it, or submitting a contact form or booking request, does not create a client relationship with Ypsa Lune.

A client relationship begins only when a written engagement letter or scope document is signed by both parties. Until that happens, nothing on this site should be relied on as a professional opinion or as a commitment to deliver work.

Content and intellectual property

All text, structure, and materials on this site belong to Ypsa Lune unless otherwise noted. You may share links to the site freely, quote a short passage with credit, and print a page for your own reference.

Reproducing substantial portions of the content on another site, or using it inside a product or training set, requires written permission from us first. Send the request to [email protected] and describe where the material would appear.

Submissions through the site

When you submit a form or booking request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We use submissions to respond to your inquiry, as described in the privacy policy.

Do not submit confidential material through the site forms. Anything sent through a public form should be treated as arriving by ordinary email, so keep trade secrets, regulated data, and internal documents out of that channel until a scope is signed and a secure route is agreed.

Read the Privacy Policy

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or embed third-party services, such as scheduling or analytics tools. We pick them for reliability, but we are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.

If a tool we link to changes how it handles your data, that change is outside our control or our notice. Read the relevant policy on the provider's own site before you share details with them, and tell us if something we link to stops working or looks wrong.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, Ypsa Lune is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. This clause covers the website only; the liability terms that apply to client work are set out in the signed scope document for that engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site and our services change. The current version is always published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top so you can see when it last moved.

Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms. If a change affects how we handle submissions, we will make that clear before it takes effect so you have time to review it.

Questions and contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. If your question is about a piece of work in progress, the signed scope document is the faster reference, and your usual contact here can point to the right clause.

For anything else about the firm, its services, or booking a conversation, the pages below are the shortest route.

Reading the terms is not the same as asking a question

This page sets the ground rules for the website, and it stays deliberately narrow. If you want to understand how a project would actually run — scope, timing, who you would work with — that belongs in a conversation, not in a clause. Reach out and we will answer in plain language. Nobody here will treat a question as an engagement.

Common questions

What people ask before they write to us

These are the questions that come up most often about the terms. If yours is not here, the contact details above reach a person, not a queue.

Does sending the contact form make me a client?

No. A form or booking request starts a conversation. The client relationship begins only when a written engagement letter or scope document is signed by both parties.

Can I share a page from this site with my team?

Yes. Share links freely, and quoting a short passage with credit is fine too. Reproducing substantial portions on another site takes written permission — email [email protected] and say where it would appear.

What should I leave out of a site form?

Anything you would not put in an ordinary email. Forms here are not an encrypted channel, so keep confidential documents, regulated records, and internal files out until a scope is signed and a secure route is agreed.

How will I know if the terms change?

The current version always sits on this page with a last updated date at the top. If a revision changes how we handle submissions, we will make that clear before it takes effect.

Do these terms cover the work you do for clients?

They cover the website only. Deliverables, timing, fees, and liability for an engagement are set out in the signed scope document for that project.

Where can I read more before getting in touch?

Start with Services for what we do, Case Studies for how engagements have run, and the Cookie Policy if you want the full picture of what the site stores.
