Consulting and Advisory Services
We offer a focused set of professional services, all aimed at the same outcome: more of the right people booking conversations with your firm.
Some clients need the whole path rebuilt. Others need one piece fixed. The descriptions below explain what each engagement includes and who it is for, so you can tell which one fits before you send an email.
- Position, pages, booking flow
- Structure, proof, measurement
- Single pieces or full rebuild
The engagements
What we do, and how each service is scoped
Each entry below is a self-contained block of work. You can hire one, or run several across a quarter. Every block starts with a short scoping call, so we agree on what is in and what stays out before any writing begins.
-
Positioning and value proposition
Best first step for drifting offers
This is usually where we start. We work through who you help, what you do for them, and why they would choose you over the firm down the street, then turn that into language for the top of your homepage. The output is a value proposition you can reuse everywhere: your site, your proposals, your intake calls. Expect a working session and a written draft you can edit, not a brand manifesto.
-
Service page and landing page copy
Good traffic, weak conversion
We rewrite the pages that carry your offer. Home, services, about, case studies, contact, and any dedicated landing pages you run. Each page gets one clear job and one primary action. We handle the structure too: what belongs above the fold, which sections earn their space, which ones should be cut. If you have a designer or developer, we hand off to them; if not, we can work within an existing template.
-
Booking flow and lead capture
Interested people lost at the last step
The gap between interest and a booked call is where most service sites leak. We look at how you ask for the next step, how many fields you require, and what happens after someone submits. Then we simplify. Usually that means a calendar for people who are ready and a short form for people who are not. We test the flow end to end, including the confirmation email, because a broken confirmation undoes an otherwise clean page.
-
Case studies and proof
For buyers who want evidence
Buyers in professional services want evidence. We build case studies from real engagements, structured around the situation, what changed, and what happened next, and we place them where they answer objections rather than on a separate page nobody visits. We do the same for testimonials and review signals, positioning them where a hesitant reader is most likely to look.
-
Content and site structure
When the problem is not the words
If your site has grown organically over several years, the problem is often structure, not copy. Too many pages saying the same thing, key services buried three clicks deep, a blog that has drifted away from what you sell. We map the current structure, cut what is redundant, and rebuild the navigation around how buyers actually move through your site.
-
Measurement and reporting
So you can see what changed
An engagement is only useful if you can see what it changed. We set up the basics: arrival source, scroll and drop-off points, CTA clicks, completed bookings. Reporting stays simple on purpose. A short monthly view of which pages produce conversations, and which do not, beats a dashboard with forty charts. You own the analytics accounts and the tracking setup when we finish.
Not sure which block fits? Most firms arrive thinking they need a rewrite and leave with a shorter list. Bring your current homepage and your last five enquiries to the scoping call, and we will tell you honestly which piece moves the needle first.
Who each service is for
Positioning work suits firms whose offer has drifted or never been written down. Page rewrites suit firms with decent traffic and weak conversion. Booking flow work suits anyone losing interested people at the last step. Roughly speaking, the smaller the firm, the more we compress these into a single engagement. Larger teams often split them across quarters.
What an engagement includes
Every engagement includes a scoping document, a working session, the deliverable itself, and a review pass after launch. Documentation comes with the handoff so your team can maintain what we built.
Ongoing support is available monthly if you want a second set of eyes after launch, but it is optional and priced separately. No service requires a longer commitment than the project in front of you.

How we work
One reading pass, then one clear next step
We read your pages the way a buyer does: top of the homepage first, then the step you ask them to take. Everything after that is a decision about what to keep, what to cut, and what to say in plain language instead of firm-speak.
How we read your pages
We open your homepage, your services page, and your contact page in three tabs and read them in order. Do we know who you help within ten seconds? Can we find the price signal or the next step? Does the proof sit next to the claim it supports, or on a side page that nobody visits? These are the questions we write down before we touch a word.
What we send back
A short written read of the current site, a proposed page order with the job of each page stated in one line, and the first rewritten section so you can judge the voice before committing to the rest. If a page should be cut rather than rewritten, we say so in the same document.
Bring your site, your last few proposals, and the questions buyers keep asking.

What happens between the first call and the finished page
Four steps, and no engagement runs longer than the work in front of it. You will always know which step you are on and what we need from you before the next one starts.
Scoping call
Thirty minutes on the phone. We look at your current site together and agree which block of work to start with. You get a written scope the next working day.
Working session
Ninety minutes with the people who actually speak to buyers. We capture the questions you get, the objections you hear, and the words your clients use about you.
Draft and review
You get the deliverable in a shared document with our notes in the margin. Two rounds of comments are included, and you can ask us to explain any change before you accept it.
Handoff and check
We walk your developer or your CMS through the changes, then check the live pages two to three weeks later to see how the new flow is behaving.
Common questions
Before you send the email
Can we hire you for one service only?
Yes. Most clients start with one, then extend if the first block goes well. We scope single pieces of work all the time.
Do you build the site or just write it?
Either. We can work inside your existing CMS or hand copy and structure to your developer. Many clients use WordPress, and that usually makes the handoff straightforward.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Weeks, not months. A focused rewrite usually runs four to eight weeks depending on how fast feedback comes back.
What do you need from us to start?
Read-only access to your site or CMS, your last few proposals, and one person on your side who can answer questions about how the business actually wins work. That is usually enough for the first two weeks.
Who owns what when the work ends?
You own the copy, the structure document, and the analytics setup. We hand over the working files and keep a copy only if you ask us to stay on for the monthly check.
Do you work with firms outside Atlanta?
Yes. We are based in Atlanta and work with firms across the United States. Working sessions run on video, and the written deliverables are shared the same way.
Start with the piece that is costing you bookings
Tell us which service you think you need, or send the link to your site and the last enquiry you lost. We will reply with a straight read on whether the work is worth doing — and if it is not, we will say that too.

The people who would run your engagement
Small team, direct contact. The person who scopes the work is the person who writes it, and the same person checks the live pages after launch. If you want to know who you would actually be working with before you book, the team page has the short version.
